Leviathan provides a platform for swimmers, coaches, and teams to track swimming performance, manage meet results, convert times between course formats, and access swimming-related tools and resources.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
• Collect or harvest user information without consent

5. Content and Data

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide our services.

Accuracy of Swimming Data

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the accuracy of swimming times, meet results, or time conversions. Users should verify important information independently.

Public Information

Meet results and swimming times may be publicly visible. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that certain performance data may be displayed publicly.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Leviathan and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

Analytics and Performance Monitoring

We use analytics services to improve the Platform experience:

This Platform is not affiliated with USA Swimming or other swimming governing bodies. Official times and records should be verified through official governing body websites.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEVIATHAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leviathan from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
