Children's Privacy
Our platform may be used by minors participating in swimming programs. We require parental consent for users under 13 years of age. Parents or guardians may contact us to review, update, or delete their child's information.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and receive a copy of your personal information

Account Deletion
When you request deletion of your account:
- Personal data removed: Your account, login credentials, team memberships, favorites, and API keys are permanently deleted.
- Audit history preserved: Data you imported or created (such as meet results, time standards, facility records, and pool records) remains accessible to others but is no longer associated with your account. This data is part of the shared swimming community resource and is not personally identifiable once your account link is removed.
Note: Imported data (meet results, records, time standards) serves the broader swimming community. Deletion removes the association between you and this data but does not delete the data itself, as others rely on it for their swimming records and history.
